Service Description

An Afro-Carbbean inspired dance class for pregnant folks geared toward uplifting one's mood while priming the body for the physicality of birth. Classes are live on Zoom. Class Dates and Times: Thurs, Sept. 28, 12-1 PM Thurs., Oct. 5, 12-1 PM Class is led by Cagney JeanBaptiste, passionate dance instructor, mother of two, and advocate for birthing freedom. This class is a collaboration between Sésé, Birthing Freedom and The Womb Bus.
